Fine, if you down't have a clue about anything and are willing to spout this stuff to land a powerful job. Cutting back on education and training is great if you have a cheap ready made work force (EU). And now JF does not want to work in the UK, as to placate the former you have made it extremely difficult. It also ignores countries where taxes are higher (taxes ultimately fall on employers NOT employees) are more successful than those with lower taxes. Without a highly trained workforce/infrastructure you do not attract top businesses so it is hard to charge (tax) those who you have.
